Living water roofing is the standard! They are fairly priced honest and reliable! My entire family has used him and I recommend him to all of my clients buying or selling their homes!
Eddie, owner of LWHI, is an honest, hardworking, family man who will do his best to see that you get the work done right, We had a “remove and totally replace” roof job done by him and he has stood by the work when two non-emergency repairs were necessary due to weather-related events. If you do not need a new roof, he will be honest and tell you so and you can call him back when the time comes for a new one. My son had an emergency leak situation and Eddie came right away to help solve the problem (he had not done the original roof). In non-emergency situations, work with Eddie and be clear as to what the problem is, what your/his schedule is and exactly what you want him to do on the property. He is a busy man. Communication is so very important when dealing with any contractor. He knows the business, especially roofing, and has been at it for a good number of years. Living Water Roofing is seen often in my neighborhood. I cannot vouch for his work with siding or windows.
I never got around to writing a review for Eddie and his team, but I became a huge fan of his. Eddie at Living Water ended up being our guy based on the 4 bid requests I put out there. Eddie was a referral, and came in the winter to patch our roof, for free. He said it was quick and to just please consider him when the time comes to update our roof. We still wanted to be fair to all and got 3 more bids when that time did come. Read more
As a property manager in Upper Montclair, the LLs hired Living Water to repair, replace many roofs. Never a problem, complaint, etc. their clean-up was always neat and timely. If a roof needed repair, they repaired it. If it needed replacement, they replaced it. None of the gloom and doom other roofers threatened, like it can’t be repaired, have to rip the whole thing off, etc. One joker said repair was like “putting a clean diaper over a dirty diaper!” At my home, I asked them to replace the roof and build a deck off my back entrance. . .BOTH projects were completed within 5 days. The roof looks great and the deck is beautiful. The men worked hard, long days in terrible heat. Very congenial and polite. After dealing with Living Water for over 12 years, I highly recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent job at a reasonable price.
If you want to get your roof done right call these guys. I hardly even noticed them when they were working on my roof. Absolutely clean after they were gone and no leaks. Highly recommend them.
I found Living Water by asking other homeowners who they had hired to redo their roof. What differentiates Living Water from other roofers is that they have a loyal and highly skilled team that works well together, care about safety, strive for consistency in their workmanship and clean up after themselves. Three months after they finished my roof, I needed to have my detached garage roof done. It was the same team of four or five guys who cranked it out in about three hours. Beware contractors who are really just good salespeople who subcontract out all the work and are not able to stand behind the work.
Eddie is a great guy! His estimate was fair and his crew completed the job on time. After the crew finished, Eddie took some money off the original estimate because the job was not as complicated as it could have been. Our whole street has used Living Water! Great resource for the community.
Eddie and his team are amazing. They were extremely responsive and accommodating when it came to scheduling and execution of the work. He also treats you like a friend instead of a customer which is really rare these days. They did my garage roof last February and it has been perfect ever since! I will always call on Living Water when I have a project to do. Thanks
To Eddie and crew, Just wanted to thank you again for The excellent work performed on my roof. Being a business owner, it’s often hard to find the right contractors to do the job right and not take advantage. I really appreciate how you went over the roof with me and told me things that can wait and things that were necessary to repair to avoid further damage to the business. Your crew is very respectful, and I can tell they take pride in their work. Using other contractors in the past were nightmares, and that’s why I wanted to let you know what a good job you and your crew has done for me. Thanks again.
Ed, the owner of Living Water Home Improvement, came through for me again by having his crew reattach a length of vinyl siding that appeared to have come loose just beneath the upper roof line of my home. Living Water was the contractor of record for siding my home so it seemed appropriate to call on Ed to address the situation. My concern was to avoid high winds from pulling down this piece of siding and, another piece with it. If you calculate the total square footage of the exterior walls of our home that were sided, the percentage that needed a come-back call would be immeasurable. Thanks Ed for addressing this issue.
